INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, PLEASE READ:

In the event that you must pay customs fees or import taxes, your package will be held by the post office until they are paid. In many cases, you will NOT receive a notification that your package is being held.

Please monitor your tracking number, and contact the local postal carrier if your package hasn't been delivered or is being held. If it is held for too long, it will be returned to us.

This includes (but is not limited to) the UK (Royal Mail), Canada (Canada Post), Germany (Deutsche Post), Netherlands (PostNL), France (La Poste), and Spain.

CHANGES TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (January 2018):

We no longer ship to specific countries which have presented a high risk of lost packages. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We no longer offer USPS/standard postage options to specific countries which have presented a medium risk of lost or delayed packages. We will now only ship via FedEx to such countries. FedEx increases the shipping cost to these countries, but is faster and more reliable.

Where's my package?

A tracking number is emailed to you once the order ships. Please monitor this tracking information for its delivery status.

I haven't received an email!

Please check your Bulk/Junk folders, or the Promotions tab, and search for emails from vblank.com. Double check which email address you used when ordering. For example, do you use a secondary email address for your PayPal account?

If you still cannot find the email, please contact orders@vblank.com to investigate.

Can I combine orders to reduce shipping?

Sorry, we are unable to combine orders after they are placed. Please ensure all desired items are in your cart at the time of completing payment.


Can I cancel my order?

We will happily cancel your order, as long as you contact us before it's been prepared for shipping.

A $4 restocking fee will apply. This covers fulfillment center order modification charges. Email us at orders@vblank.com to cancel your order, along with an acknowledgement that you are aware of the fee, and your reason for the cancellation.

Please note that repeatedly cancelling orders may result in future ordering privileges being limited or revoked.


I entered the wrong email address!

Please contact us immediately with the correct email address and we will be happy to update it.

It was delivered to the wrong address!

Shipping labels are printed automatically with the exact address you entered. Please ensure you enter the correct address when ordering. We cannot replace or refund orders that are lost or undelivered due to an incorrectly entered address.

I entered the wrong address and the package was returned to you!

We will happily offer a full refund if your package is returned to us, but we cannot guarantee a replacement. If we are able to re-fulfill your order instead of refunding it, you will need to pay for shipping again.


I didn't pick it up from the post office and it was returned to you!

The package was returned to you guys, AGAIN!

If multiple orders are lost or returned due to customer error, including incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, or failure to pick them up from the post office, future ordering privileges may be limited or revoked.


My package still says "in-transit"!

If your package appears to be stuck, please contact the post office immediately with your tracking number.

For international orders, USPS tracking updates may slow down after your package departs the USA. When this happens, your country's post office will have more information than USPS, so please contact them for the latest information. For example, if you're Canadian, contact Canada Post's website for more detailed information.


Tracking says the package was delivered to my doorstep, but it isn't there!

If your postal carrier is likely to leave your package on your doorstep without signature, please choose a shipping option that includes insurance (if available to your country). We also recommend monitoring your tracking number to ensure you're home when the package is delivered, or have it delivered to a PO Box instead. We are not responsible for packages after they have been successfully delivered.


Can I get a 10.0 VGA-qualifying mint copy?

Every console game sold here is manufactured by Sony or Nintendo at their official facilities. They are sent straight from the assembly line to the fulfillment center, then shipped directly to you.

However, only a small percentage of games (even straight off the assembly line) are considered 10.0 mint. If this is important to you, you must contact us *PRIOR* to ordering. Additional fees will apply to cover added fulfillment center processing and handling costs.

NOTE: Any attempts made to purchase and return copies to find a "perfect" one will result in future ordering privileges being revoked, regardless of whether it was ordered directly from the Vblank Store or from other stores which carry Vblank products.
